KUDOS TO THE ENTIRE TEAM
I am a recent
purchaser of a G37x from your 401-Dixie Infiniti
dealership .
This is at least the fifth consecutive Nissan/llnfiniti
vehicle I have owned or leased,
the two most recent vehicles being
from 401-Dixie Infiniti. Richard St. Jules, the sales
representative has always been a pleasure to deal with
and leaves an honest and clear impression that he is in
the service of his customers.
Customer service
and business relations are not put to the test when
everything runs smoothly in its normal course. The test
comes when unusual problems arise, perhaps requiring
technical, customer service and other business
decisions. As both a discerning consumer and a business
professional I am thrilled to be able to write a letter
of complete commendation in respect of the management of
401-Dixie Infiniti.
Within two weeks of taking possession of
my brand new G37x ,
I discovered a problem with the car of indeterminate
cause. In a very fine way,
Richard St. Jules,
along with the sales manager and service manager,
solved and fixed the problem in twenty minutes.
There were a number of different
approaches the y
could
have taken,
with respect to both customer service and to the
technical solution.
I witnessed an excellent management team at work,
willing to think and act
"outside
the box":
their approach was creative, solution-oriented,
efficient and entirely customer-friendly.
By choosing the
approach they did ,
they
succeeded in not only keeping a customer, but in
creating a very satisfied customer,
who continues to share,
with friends and colleagues, her story about the great
sales and service at 401-Dixie Infiniti! Kudos to the
entire team! One can only imagine the value of the
goodwill they create for both 401-Dixie Infiniti and for
the Nissan/llnfiniti product lines.

SERVICE EXCELLENCE
The purpose of
this letter is to let you know how pleased I am with the
service I have received from your dealer at Dixie and
401 over the last 4 years and in particular the way your
service adviser Luis de Freitas handled my most recent
repair.
This is my second Infiniti car and I
really like it I leased it for 4 years and purchased it
at the end of the lease March 16th 2009, 3 days later
the lights stayed on and I took the car in to check the
problem the technician noticed that a computer part was
the cause and the cost to replace it was $11.000.00.
Mr. Freitas offered to bring the matter
to the attention of his manager Ms. Nicole Balado to see
what could be done in view of the fact that the warranty
had expired at the end of the lease one week prior.
This is the part that impressed me and I
will pass the word along to all my friends, even though
the warranty had expired Infiniti replaced the parts and
labor at no cost to me.

is my first Infiniti to 401-Dixie Infiniti and I

NO PRESSURE When
it came time to replace our vehicle we debated long
hours about leasing vs purchasing. After visiting
several dealerships and several different brands we
decided that leasing an Infiniti FX would serve our
